You will join the Technical Support team, spend initial weeks training on cutting-edge applications, and then support customers with project work and technical support, collaborating with internal teams to deliver changes efficiently.

The role requires problem-solving, attention to detail, and strong communication. Coding is desirable but not mandatory, with an emphasis on learning and adapting to customer needs.

Responsabilidades

• Providing software support through configuring and customizing setups for customers.
• Implementing and testing technical configurations for new customers and departments.
• Investigating and resolving issues in customer configurations.
• Investigating and reporting faults within software applications.
• Maintaining a clear, concise activity log.
• Analyzing and extracting customer data using in-house software.
• Following defined procedures to aid timely task resolution.
