Restore Information Management, part of the Restore plc group, invites applications for a Technical Services Consultant in Milton Keynes. The role includes an extensive 8–12 week training program to master our cutting-edge applications, followed by hands-on project work and ongoing technical support for customers.

You will investigate and resolve issues, configure bespoke setups for new customers, and assist with changes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide software support by customizing configurations for customers.
• Implement and test technical configurations for new customers and departments.
• Investigate and resolve issues in customer configurations.
• Investigate and report faults in software applications.
• Maintain clear logs of activities and actions taken.
• Extract and analyze customer data using in-house tools.
• Follow predefined procedures for timely task resolution.
