Brink's is seeking a Technical Services Administrator to bridge technical operations, suppliers, and business needs at our Crickhowell head office. You will monitor telecommunications networks, troubleshoot issues early, and keep stock, billing, and records in order.

You will work closely with internal teams and external providers, ensuring data accuracy, timely deliveries, and proactive problem solving. A keen eye for detail, strong communication, and customer service orientation are essential.

Formación

• Minimum 5 GCSEs (A*-C).
• Confident Excel user and IT literate.
• Basic telecoms/networking knowledge.
• Previous admin experience preferred; customer service background a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate and resolve network issues (proactive & reactive).
• Liaise with 3rd party providers and contractors to keep services running.
• Track equipment and manage stock using our in-house systems.
• Review and resolve issues to improve network reliability.
• Coordinate orders and deliveries for communication solutions.
• Manage communications billing and ensure data accuracy.
• Support ad-hoc projects and team initiatives.
• Provide outstanding customer support to stakeholders.
