Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales administration or customer service roles.
• Experience in B2B environments, ideally construction or industrial products.
• Strong ERP knowledge and proficient in MS Office.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, quotations, orders and delivery updates.
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain and Engineering on technical queries.
