Job summary

Quality Personnel is seeking an experienced Internal Sales & Technical Support Co-ordinator for their Milton Keynes office. The role blends internal sales, customer service, technical support and sales administration to support customers and the external Sales Engineers.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy sales administration or internal sales environment.
• Experience in manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Experience in bearing industry advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales and technical support to customers and assist with product enquiries.
• Handle incoming customer calls and respond promptly and professionally to enquiries.
• Proactively contact customers to follow up quotations, enquiries and potential sales opportunities.
• Assist the external sales team with market research and identifying potential opportunities.
• Help ensure customer orders are processed accurately and on time.
• Prepare and maintain sales forecast spreadsheets for Sales Engineers.
• Support the management and development of several key customer accounts.
• Communicate with customers by telephone and email regarding orders, deliveries, quotations and general enquiries.
• Liaise with internal departments to help ensure customer requirements and delivery commitments are met.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information and provide general sales administration support.
• Provide wider administrative and branch support as required.
