Job summary

Sikla UK in Milton Keynes is seeking a proactive Sales Administrator to support commercial activity and technical project execution. You will collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain and Engineering on customer enquiries, quotations, orders, logistics and documentation.

The role requires at least 2 years in sales administration or order processing, experience in B2B environments, strong ERP knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in sales administration, customer service, technical sales support, or order processing.
• Experience in B2B environments, ideally construction, M&E, industrial supplies, or technical products.
• Strong ERP knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Handle customer enquiries, quotations, orders, invoices, and delivery updates.
• Support project-related documentation and data in ERP/CRM systems.
• Maintain records, documentation and compliance files; data entry and reporting.
