Job summary

Sikla UK in Milton Keynes is expanding its sales administration team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The role blends sales support, service, and project coordination across commercial activity and technical project execution, with close collaboration with Sales, Supply Chain, and Engineering.

You will handle enquiries, quotations, orders, logistics, and documentation, while using ERP and CRM systems to ensure accurate information and proactive service that drives customer

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales administration, customer service, technical sales support, or order processing.
• Experience in B2B environments, ideally in construction, M&E, industrial supplies, or technical products.
• Strong ERP knowledge and proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Support: handle enquiries, quotations, orders, invoices and delivery updates.
• Operational Support: assist project documentation, ERP/CRM data, pricing and stock tracking.
• Office & Administrative Excellence: maintain records, data entry, reporting and internal communications.
