Job summary

Quality Personnel is seeking an experienced Internal Sales & Technical Support Co-ordinator in Milton Keynes for a full-time, office-based role. You will support customers, quotations, orders and key accounts while collaborating with external Sales Engineers to ensure service excellence.

The ideal candidate has strong internal sales experience in manufacturing or engineering, excellent communication, and organised, proactive work ethic to handle multiple priorities in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in internal sales or sales support.
• Experience in manufacturing or engineering environment preferred.
• Excellent telephone and email communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proactive approach and ability to work with external engineers.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales and technical support to customers and assist with product enquiries.
• Handle incoming customer calls and respond promptly and professionally.
• Proactively contact customers to follow up quotations and sales opportunities.
• Assist external Sales Engineers with market research and opportunities.
• Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and on time.
• Maintain sales forecasts for Sales Engineers.
• Support management of key customer accounts.
• Liaise with internal departments to meet customer requirements.
