Role Summary

As a Technical Sales Support person you will support the Sales and Project process by meticulously checking sales proposals, obtaining technical information and equipment specifications while working closely with customers requirements to liaise and provide feedback to the Project Manager and the Design Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to the Project Manager and Sales process
  • Assist in preparing detailed quotations, technical proposals, and equipment specifications based on customer requirements.
  • Work closely with the Sales, Design and Projects teams to ensure customer requirements are correctly interpreted and delivered.
  • Provide technical enquiry support to customers and take lead enquiries related to powder filling machinery, dosing systems, and related automation equipment.
  • Support installation and commissioning projects by coordinating with service engineers
  • Liaise with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or repeat business.
  • Organise technical documentation, manuals, and customer support materials
Required Skills & Experience
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a practical mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CAD drawings.

  • Technically minded and commercially aware.

Desirable
