SF Partners in Shrewsbury is seeking a Technical Sales and Service Coordinator on a permanent basis. The role provides professional support to customers and internal departments throughout the sales and service process, with a focus on technical advice and coordinating activities.

The successful candidate will read and interpret technical drawings, arrange quotations, orders, service visits and deliveries, and maintain accurate records in SAP.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in an engineering/manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proven track record in coordinating deliveries, installations and service activities.

Aufgaben

• Respond to customer enquiries with technical and product information.
• Read, interpret and apply technical drawings and documentation.
• Advise customers on suitable products and services based on requirements.
• Prepare, process and follow up quotations, orders and service-related documentation.
• Arrange and coordinate customer appointments, site visits, installations, inspections and service callouts.
• Coordinate collection and delivery of products and materials with drivers and internal teams.
• Monitor orders and service requests and provide timely progress updates.
• Investigate and resolve customer queries and service issues; escalate where needed.
• Maintain records in SAP and other systems.
