Job summary

Consulo First Ltd in Stockport, England, is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join its internal sales and customer support team. You will manage customer enquiries, prepare quotations, process orders in SAP and coordinate with Manufacturing, Purchasing and Logistics to ensure on-time delivery.

The role offers Monday–Friday hours, a competitive salary (£30,000–£35,000) and comprehensive product and systems training with long-term development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales administration or internal sales roles.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Logistics and Sales teams.
• Experience handling customer enquiries by phone and email.
• Proficient with SAP, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone, email and portals.
• Prepare accurate quotations based on requirements and pricing.
• Process sales orders in SAP, ensuring accuracy.
• Coordinate orders from enquiry to delivery across departments.
• Assist with invoicing, credits and order amendments.
• Maintain and update customer records in SAP.
• Follow up outstanding quotations and support accounts.
