Oliver Rae Ltd in Shrewsbury is seeking a Sales Co-ordinator to join a dynamic team. The role blends customer service, technical service coordination and proactive sales, acting as the main contact for customers, resolving issues, coordinating repairs and promoting service packages and parts.

You will liaise with engineers, suppliers and customers to ensure timely repairs and quoting, while growing sales through maintenance contracts.

Formación

• Experience in customer service, technical sales, service administration or a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills speaking with customers over the phone.
• A proactive, commercially minded approach with an interest in sales.
• Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Providing telephone and email support, helping customers troubleshoot machine issues and identify solutions.
• Coordinating service requests, repairs and engineer schedules from start to finish.
• Preparing quotations, managing purchase orders and processing completed jobs through SAP/OneExpand.
• Liaising with engineers, suppliers and customers to ensure repairs are completed efficiently.
• Managing existing service and maintenance agreements.
• Proactively contacting customers to promote servicing, maintenance packages and additional products.
• Following up quotations, converting opportunities into sales and building strong customer relationships.
