The role involves visiting sites, understanding storage and handling requirements, and shaping solutions with engineering and estimating teams.

You will own the end-to-end sales process, develop key accounts, and drive profitable orders while building a robust pipeline and long-lasting customer relationships across the Midlands and beyond.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B technical or industrial sales.
• Experience across the full sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Experience in material handling, industrial equipment or engineering.
• Comfort talking with engineers, procurement teams and senior decision-makers.
• Enjoys creating opportunities and engaging with customers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win new business with manufacturing and industrial customers.
• Visit customer sites to understand storage, transport and handling requirements.
• Develop existing accounts and reconnect with dormant customers.
• Collaborate with Design and Estimating to develop solutions and quotations.
• Follow up proposals, negotiate terms and move opportunities to orders.
• Build an accurate pipeline and maintain long-term customer relationships.
