Get Recruited is partnering with a UK manufacturer to recruit a Technical Sales Manager. The role involves owning the full sales process, from prospecting to closing, visiting customer sites, and developing key accounts for engineered material handling solutions.

You will engage with engineers, procurement teams and senior decision-makers, building strong relationships and turning technical enquiries into profitable orders.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B technical or industrial sales.
• Experience across the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Comfortable speaking with engineers, procurement and senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win new business with manufacturing and industrial customers.
• Visit customer sites to understand storage, transport and handling needs.
• Develop existing accounts and reconnect with dormant customers.
• Collaborate with Design and Estimating to craft right solutions and quotes.
• Follow up proposals, negotiate terms and move opportunities to order.
• Build pipeline and maintain long-term customer relationships.
