Job summary

Get Recruited (UK) Ltd is recruiting a hands-on Technical Sales Manager for Staffordshire/Midlands. With in-house design and manufacturing, you’ll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to order.

You’ll visit customer sites, understand storage and handling challenges, develop accounts, and work with Design and Estimating to deliver the right engineered solution.

If you have a proven B2B technical sales track record and enjoy building long-term customer relationships, we’d like to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B technical or industrial sales.
• Experience across full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Comfortable speaking with engineers, procurement teams and senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win new business with manufacturing and industrial customers.
• Visit customer sites to understand storage, transport and handling requirements.
• Develop existing accounts and reconnect with dormant customers.
• Work with Design and Estimating to develop the right solution and quotation.
• Follow up proposals, negotiate terms and move opportunities through to order.
• Build an accurate pipeline and strong, long-term customer relationships.
