A leading recruitment agency is seeking an experienced business development professional to manage client relationships in the fire and smoke damper control product field. The position is field-based, requiring occasional visits to the main office, and offers an attractive benefits package including a company vehicle, annual leave, and bonuses. Candidates should have a proven track record in expanding client bases and delivering excellent service. Eligibility to work in the UK is required.

This role is purely field based but there is an office available in the South/West Wales and Bristol area and there is an expectation to visit the main office in West Wales on occasion.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8am - 4:30pm, but there is flexibility to work to what best suits the role.
You will be given a company vehicle along with the basics - phone and laptop etc.
In return you will be rewarded with up to a 10% bonus - paid twice a year.
Annual leave is 33 days per year (inclusive of public holidays).
All expenses (hotels etc - if needed) are paid.
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
