A leading safety solutions company is looking for a Technical Sales and Estimating Manager to drive growth in the South. This role combines business development with technical estimating, focusing on BMU and cradle systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background and proven sales experience, capable of managing the entire sales process, from site surveys to contract negotiations. Qualifications

  • Strong engineering/technical background, preferably in mechanical or structural systems.

  • Excellent negotiation skills with senior stakeholders.
  • Results-driven and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities in the South.
  • Manage the full sales process from prospecting to negotiation.
  • Conduct technical site surveys and prepare risk assessments.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on project feasibility.
