This field-based role involves developing customized water treatment solutions, engaging with potential customers, and managing the entire sales cycle. The ideal candidate has B2B field sales experience with technical solutions or capital equipment. The position offers a salary based on experience plus an uncapped commission and car allowance.

In addition to distributing standard products, they specialise in building bespoke water treatment solutions to customers’ specifications, setting them apart from the competition. Their solutions serve a wide range of industrial and commercial clients, with a strong focus on custom-built systems and long-term performance.
Due to continued success, the Company is looking for an additional Sales Engineer to work closely with clients across the UK. The role involves developing tailored water treatment solutions from first contact to final proposal, identifying opportunities, advising on technical specifications and playing a key part in the entire sales cycle.
Salary depends on experience, plus an uncapped commission and a car or car allowance. The role is field‑based with regular travel to Hitchin.
