About your team:

About your role:

We need Service & Repair engineers to join our team of Gas Engineers. You will ensure customers get help when needed, playing a key role in our Service Promise of same-day fixes.

Base salary is £43,733 with uncapped OTE — £53,000 is a realistic expectation through our field reward scheme.

Customer support is our priority. Whether attending an annual service or a complex breakdown, you will represent British Gas in customers' homes. Support from managers, mentors, and colleagues is available, but experience with various boilers and heating systems is essential.

What we’re looking for:

  • Focus on providing outstanding customer experience
  • Current ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 & HTR1) NVQ, C&G or equivalent in plumbing or heating
  • 3 years qualified experience in fault finding and diagnosis
  • Electrical knowledge, including wiring and fault finding on S-plan, Y-plan, and combination systems and boilers
