About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Technical Recruiter to support our hiring needs for UK-based clients. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring for IT and technical positions, along with strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles across multiple domains (IT, Software Development, Infrastructure, Cloud, etc.).
  • Source candidates using various platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Screen and assess candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and future requirements.
  • Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and database accuracy.
