Technical Manager

Salary: Up to £65,000 plus package

Title: Technical Manager/Design Manager

Salary: £55,000 to £65,000 plus package

Location: Berkshire

Currently working with one of the biggest and competitive house builders in the industry who operate nationally delivering high quality housing in unique locations.

Currently looking for a motivated Technical Manage or Design Manager to join the team. Specifically seeking strong professional who is looking to take on a new challenge support a developing team whilst reporting into the Technical Director.

The company have a strong network and financial strength with technical expertise to undertake significant projects nationally.

Key Attributes

• Qualified as an Architect or Civil / Building Engineer or at a Construction related degree level or HNC/HND in a built environment subject with relevant experience.
• Good knowledge within residential sector and able to get the ground running.
• Self-motivated, proactive and be able to demonstrate ability to co-ordinate the design process unaided.
• 5 years plus as Technical Manager working with a residential developer or main contractor.
• Delivered residential traditional build projects from inception through to completion
• Capable of running multiple residential projects
• The ability to communicate, plan meetings and strong management skills whilst dealing with multi discipline teams.
• Project management skills and a high level of computer literacy
• Good knowledge of the Planning Process, Building Regulations and NHBC Standards
