Qualifications

  • Candidates are expected to lead delivery of Power Systems tasks, review models and reports prepared by team members, and provide technical input to projects.
  • Chartered Engineer status with the IET or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership and uphold high standards.
  • Support business targets, maintain team motivation, and manage resources.
  • Act as Line Manager for team members, handling objectives and performance.
  • Assume Project Manager responsibilities for Power Systems projects.
