Qualifications

  • Thorough understanding of statutory regulations and compliance standards related to maintenance operations.
  • Experience in managing teams or sub-contractors in the construction/service/FM industry.
  • Management coordination with scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

  • Apply knowledge and contract management skills for accurate documentation of PPM activities.
  • Manage selection and deployment of sub-contractors for approved maintenance activities.
  • Ensure quality and high level of data integrity in maintenance records.
  • Track and monitor PPM tasks and communicate assignments effectively.
  • Conduct Site Safety Inspections to ensure compliance.
