Our client is a multi-disciplinary leading firm of Solicitors based in Liverpool ( UK ).

Technical Conveyancer with strong technical knowledge and commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

Duties include but will not be limited to:

• Undertake title checks, raising enquiries, preparing reports and signing off titles for purchase files including Leasehold, New Build, Shared ownership, Right to buy and Building Safety Act
• Identify and input additional services and fees applicable to the transaction
• Advise the team on source of funds queries
• Assisting Case Managers with more complex sales enquiries
• Mentoring a small team of case managers on all technical aspect of sale, purchase, transfer and remortgage transactions
• Ensuring our clients and introducers of business always receive the best possible service and growing relationships.
