Qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Deliver regulatory requirements to the Product and Tech organisation and review designs against compliance;
  • Master product compliance requirements for regulated markets, ensuring internal tools are up to date and providing interpretation and guidance as appropriate;
  • Promote a compliance culture within the organisation;
  • Participate in technical audit activities;
  • Cooperate with the legal and compliance teams to address findings and incidents;
  • Improve and consolidate the Compliance posture of the Group;
  • Support internal teams with replies to technical compliance queries;
  • Monitor and assess changing requirements in new and existing markets, ensuring timely analysis and announcements.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in compliance or product technology in the online gambling industry;
  • Understanding of remote gambling legislation;
  • Firm grasp of the iGaming industry and the role of compliance in building technical requirements.
Nice to Have
  • Understanding of Agile methodology, project management or change management;
  • Previous experience with Atlassian suite.
