Job summary

Etex Group in Bristol is seeking a Technical Advisor to support architects, installers and suppliers with technical queries. The role includes producing CAD drawings for systems and site conditions, reviewing project packs, and collaborating with the specification team.

Qualifications

• CAD experience is essential.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Clear communication in English, translating technical detail.
• Background in construction, civil or mechanical engineering is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Answer technical questions from architects, installers and suppliers by phone and email.
• Produce technical drawings for systems and site conditions using CAD software.
• Check project packs and collaborate with the external specification team.
• Work cross-functionally across the wider business.
• Learn our systems and products, including fire protection aspects.
• Develop knowledge across our product range through ongoing training.
