Job summary

Etex Group is seeking a Senior Technical Advisor in Bristol. The role is hybrid with three fixed days in the office (Tuesday to Thursday) and two days working from home, supporting customers via phone, email and Microsoft Teams.

You will coach junior Technical Advisors, handle complex technical queries and read drawings to understand construction details, contributing to our client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Experience advising on a technical product in a building or architectural environment.
• Ability to read architects' drawings and understand construction details.
• Strong people skills with experience coaching/mentoring others at a senior level.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially via phone and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries quickly and accurately by phone, email and Microsoft Teams.
• Handle complex technical queries and make sound on-the-spot decisions.
• Coach and support junior Technical Advisors as you grow into the role.
• Act as a senior point of reference within the team.
