Job summary

Impact Recruitment Services is partnering with an established technical manufacturing business to recruit a Business Development Manager for a hybrid UK role covering the South East and Midlands. You will drive growth by opening doors, building a distribution network and winning new projects across LAN, connectivity and infrastructure products.

This field-based, new-business-focused role involves visiting customers, attendees at events, and active pipeline management.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to generate new business and build relationships.
• Experience selling technical LAN, connectivity or infrastructure products is a plus.
• Capable of managing a sales pipeline and CRM records.

Responsibilities

• Identify and create new business opportunities across South East & Midlands.
• Research potential customers and decision makers.
• Build and nurture relationships with distributors, resellers and end users.
• Develop opportunities from early stage to close and manage pipeline.
