Job summary

Universal Business Team is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to own the full 360° sales cycle, from prospecting to close, in a field-based role across the UK. You’ll build relationships, run product trials and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships with customers nationwide.

• Proven track record of B2B sales in technical markets.
• Experience selling into non-FMCG sectors such as manufacturing.
• Comfortable owning a full 360° sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Win new business across non-FMCG applications.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound enquiries.
• Conduct face-to-face customer meetings across the UK.
• Deliver and support product trials that convert into opportunities.
• Develop existing accounts and identify opportunities for growth.
