Technical Architect – Workday / HRIS

Hybrid | UK-based | Permanent

Are you passionate about shaping enterprise HR technology landscapes and driving real business transformation?

We’re looking for an experienced Technical Architect with deep Workday expertise to join a growing consultancy team. You’ll play a key role in designing and optimising Workday integrations and data/reporting architectures, working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned to business needs.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll get to influence major transformation programmes and help organisations get the very best out of their Workday investments.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead Workday integration design and technical architecture, ensuring scalability and compliance with best practices.
  • Shape and deliver data & reporting solutions to support business intelligence and analytics.
  • Translate business requirements into robust technical designs, collaborating with stakeholders and delivery teams.
  • Provide technical governance, oversight, and quality assurance through implementation and go-live.
  • Champion enterprise architecture principles, security, and performance standards.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven background as a Technical/Solution Architect in Workday/HRIS environments.
  • Expertise in Workday integration tools (Studio, EIB, PECI, Core Connectors).
  • Experience delivering data/reporting architectures and insights.
  • Involvement in at least one full end-to-end Workday implementation.
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What’s on offer:

  • A variety of exciting transformation projects across multiple industries.
  • Support for professional development, training, and certifications.
  • Competitive benefits including flexible working, enhanced family policies, health & life insurance, and 25+ days leave.
  • A collaborative, people-first culture where you’ll have real impact.

If you’re ready to take on a role where your Workday expertise will make a tangible difference, we’d love to hear from you.
