Job summary

A leading financial services firm in the UK is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on Technology and IT. This 12-month FTC role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle and sourcing diverse talent. Ideal candidates will have proven in-house Tech/IT recruitment experience and a background in financial services. The position is hybrid, requiring 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Tech/IT recruitment.
  • Experience in financial services recruitment is essential.
  • Familiarity with e-recruitment systems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a range of Tech/IT roles.
  • Lead proactive sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and governance standards.
  • Advise on the most effective sourcing channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners.
  • Partner with hiring managers to coordinate interviews and provide feedback.
  • Manage offers and collaborate with HR for onboarding.
  • Maximize the use of the TA system and contribute to improvements.
  • Maintain accurate headcount and vacancy data.
