Virgin Media O₂ is seeking a Retail Advisor to support customers in choosing products, plans and setups in-store. You’ll showcase technology, resolve queries and help your team hit store targets while delivering memorable customer experiences.

This role emphasizes empathy, ownership, and flexible shifts across store hours. Training and induction are provided to build product knowledge and confidence in a dynamic retail environment.
