Virgin Media is hiring a Retail Advisor to help customers choose from a range of products, including mobile, broadband and TV packages. You'll focus on building trust, demonstrating features and guiding customers to the right plan, while taking ownership of queries to deliver memorable experiences.

Day-to-day you'll work with your store team to hit targets and achieve high customer satisfaction. Induction will cover product knowledge and systems, with ongoing coaching for development.
