Job summary

Virgin Media O2 is seeking a Retail Advisor to help customers choose from mobile, broadband, TV and accessories, delivering trusted guidance and memorable service.

You’ll complete induction sessions, receive ongoing coaching, and work with a close-knit team to meet store targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

This retail role features shifts across store opening hours, including evenings and weekends, with benefits such as healthcare, pension and generous holiday entitlement.

• Take ownership of customer queries, resolving issues and building trust.
