Virgin Media O₂ is seeking a Retail Advisor to guide customers, explain products and create confident, positive experiences across our technology offerings. You’ll focus on understanding needs and delivering outcomes that matter to customers.

You’ll join a dynamic retail team, receive induction sessions and ongoing coaching to grow your skills while helping customers choose plans, devices and services that best fit their lifestyle.

• Confidently showcase new and existing technology, demonstrating features like accessibility tools.
• Take ownership of customer queries, resolving issues and building trust.
• Work with your team to achieve store targets and strong customer satisfaction outcomes.
