Job summary

Virgin Media O2 is hiring a Retail Advisor to help customers select products and plans, and to demonstrate features across mobile, broadband and TV services. You will own queries, resolve issues and work with the team to achieve store targets while delivering memorable customer experiences.

You'll join a close-knit retail team with induction sessions and ongoing coaching. The role may include evenings, weekends and peak trading periods, with a focus on building trust through excellent service.
