Job summary

Virgin Media Ltd. is seeking a Retail Advisor to help customers select from a range of products and services, including mobiles, broadband and TV. You will guide pricing, set-up and usage, while delivering a trusted and empathetic service.

You’ll join a close-knit store team, with induction and ongoing coaching to build product knowledge and customer experience capabilities. Shifts may include evenings, weekends and peak periods.
