Job summary

Virgin Media O₂ is seeking a Retail Advisor to help customers choose products, set up plans and enjoy a positive shopping experience. You’ll demonstrate devices, explain features, and handle queries with empathy. You’ll work with the team to hit store targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.

You’ll receive induction sessions and ongoing coaching, with shifts across store hours, including evenings and weekends. Benefits include healthcare, pension and holiday leave.
