Job summary

Virgin Media O₂ is seeking a Retail Advisor to help customers get the most from our range of products, including mobile, broadband and TV services. You’ll build trust, show empathy and own issues, working to achieve strong customer satisfaction alongside your team.

You’ll join a close-knit retail team with induction sessions and ongoing coaching. A competitive hourly rate is offered, with shifts across store opening hours including evenings and weekends.
