Are you a hands-on technical leader ready to drive delivery and innovation within a high-performing agile team? We're seeking a Tech Lead to guide a multidisciplinary scrum team working on impactful projects across government and national security domains.

About the Role

As Tech Lead, you'll lead a scrum team of 8-9 engineers including AWS, platform, and software specialists, alongside a dedicated Scrum Master. You'll be responsible for ensuring key milestones are met while remaining actively involved in development.
