Position Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Module Fitting role within Rolls‑Royce Engine Overhaul services in Derby where you will play a key role in MRO Services.

EOS in Derby is at the forefront of supplying TEM and repair capability services out to the Rolls‑Royce network.

What you will be doing
  • You will be responsible for maintaining the correct competencies and 5s standards to your assigned cell.
  • You will work as part of an established team accountable for all aspects of equipment implementing improvement initiatives and driving KPIs to ensure maximum delivery in your cell.
  • You will be expected to actively support in ensuring functional adherence to Health and Safety requirements including working to our corporate standards and driving a Zero harm culture in the company.
Position Qualifications
  • A time-served apprenticeshipat aNVQ level 3 or equivalent experience and qualifications .
Preferred Requirements
  • Flexibility and adaptability are key to meeting the ever‑changing business requirements.
  • A proactive thinker with a positive attitude and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Has the Ability to work well as part of a team as well as utilizing your individual initiative and expertise.
  • A good level of computer literacy training for specific systems will be provided.
  • Willingness to undertake projects / continuous improvement works in‑line with business requirements.
