Job summary

Rank Group on-site is seeking a Team Member to greet guests, serve food and drinks, and keep the venue buzzing from first hello to final game.

You'll bring a customer-first attitude, great people skills, and the ability to work in a busy environment. Full training provided; paid breaks; uniform supplied.

Qualifications

• Customer-first attitude with great people skills.
• Pace & focus in a busy environment; organised with good attention to detail.
• Team player energy - clear communication and willingness to learn on shift.
• Experience: previous customer-service experience in hospitality/retail/leisure is helpful but not essential; full training provided.

• Be the friendly face on the floor, serving great food & drinks and keeping the buzz alive from first hello to final game.
• Follow clear standards, support across areas, and escalate issues when needed.
• Greet, serve, and support customers so every visit feels special.
• Keep queues moving, tables clear, and the venue tidy; reset quickly between sessions.
• Help customers understand how our games work and keep energy high around the venue.
• Follow health & safety, food hygiene, licensing and safer-gambling procedures; report incidents promptly.
