easyHotel is recruiting a Team Member for our Newcastle hotel on a part-time, permanent basis. You will contribute to an excellent guest experience, handling queries, inspecting rooms, and supporting daily operations using Apaleo. Your role helps drive 5-star reviews and smooth guest journeys.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience
• Fluent in English
