Job summary

Valor Hospitality in the United Kingdom is seeking a friendly Receptionist to set the tone for every guest’s stay. You’ll be the face of the hotel, welcoming guests, handling enquiries, and guiding them to services such as our restaurants, bars and meeting rooms.

The role offers training and requires the ability to work across 7 days a week with flexible shifts. A warm, proactive approach and good communication are essential to ensure memorable visits for all guests.

Qualifications

• Front desk receptionist experience preferred but not essential.
• Flexible shifts, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
• Full training provided.

Responsibilities

£26,436.80 per annum/ £12.71 per hour, 40 hours a week over 5 days

We are looking for a friendly, passionate and energetic Receptionist to join our team.

First impressions are everything and you willset the tone for every guest’s stay.With a genuinely warm welcome, you’ll be ready with answers to any questions and be ableto offer information about hotel services, facilities and the local area. Anything to help make the guests visit that bit more special.

You will be the face of our hotel, not just to guests staying on property but to guest visiting to use our restaurants, bars and meeting rooms.
You must have a natural hospitality charm and a passion for service.

Ideally you will have experience of working within a branded hotel environment but this isn't essential and full training will be provided.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
