easyHotel is seeking an Assistant Hotel Manager to join the team at our Oxford hotel. This full-time, permanent role offers a competitive salary and the chance to lead a talented team delivering great guest experiences.

You will recruit, engage and develop the hotel team, work closely with the Hotel Manager, Revenue and Finance to hit hotel objectives and promote sales, while ensuring high standards of service and cost control.

Competenze

• Previous hospitality experience in a similar role or readiness for the next step.
• Fluent English language skills and clear communication.
• Right to work in the UK.

• Provide leadership and act as deputy in the absence of the Hotel Manager.
• Build awareness of the hotel and brand in the local community.
• Work with Revenue and Finance teams to meet hotel objectives and promote sales.
• Reduce out of order rooms by coordinating with Maintenance.
• Develop the team to drive performance and set training objectives.
• Support the Hotel Manager with team rotas.

As our Assistant HotelManageryou will be responsible for the recruitment, engagement & development of the hotel team, making sure they deliver a great experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role.

Role &Responsbilities:

• Liaising with support functions to be commercially aware and understanding hotel initiatives

Requirements:

• Previous hospitality experience (either in a similar role or you are ready for your next step)

• Fluent in English

• Must hold a valid Right to Work

Advantageous

• Ability to speak any otherlanguage

• Degree in hospitality or related field
