Job summary

Greene King is recruiting Hotel Staff for Chef & Brewer properties across the country. You will help create memorable guest experiences, greet visitors, and support them from check-in to check-out in a welcoming, home-like pub setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Meet and greet customers and check them into their hotel room upon arrival.
• Answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.
• Keep the front of house safe, legal, and clean, addressing issues quickly and safely.

As a Hotel Staff, you will...
