Job summary

easyHotel in Cardiff is seeking an Assistant Hotel Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will lead in the Hotel Manager's absence, drive sales with the Revenue and Finance teams, and help deliver high-standard rooms in partnership with housekeeping.

You will develop the team, set objectives, manage rotas, and work to reduce out-of-order rooms while promoting the brand locally. Fluent English, hospitality experience, and a valid right to work are essential; additional

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and act as the deputy in the absence of the Hotel Manager
• Build awareness of the hotel and brand in the local community
• Work closely with Revenue and Finance teams to meet hotel objectives and promote sales
• Reduce out of order rooms by working closely with Maintenance Technician
• Engage and develop the team to drive performance
• Set performance objectives and identify training needs
• Support the Hotel Manager with team rotas
• Deliver high standard rooms by working closely with housekeeping
• Deliver cost savings in your hotel
• Liaise with support functions to be commercially aware and understand hotel initiatives
