Team Manager - Children's Services Needed!

Location: Beverly

Working pattern: Monday to Friday | 09:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay: Up to £40.00 per hour (umbrella)

Contract: Long-term

About the Role

Join us as a Team Manager in the Pathway (Leaving Care) Team supporting children looked after and care leavers aged 16-25, including support for UASC asylum seekers & refugees.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Allocate referrals & open cases timely & appropriately
• Make decisions on cases within delegated authority
• Efficient workforce deployment & budget/resource management
• Recruit & appoint staff following Council Policies
• Provide supervision & development reviews for social workers & staff
• Audit & quality assure case work & reports
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date case records on the Integrated Children\'s System
• Ensure performance targets meet national & local standards
• Promote evidence-based practice & learning
• Develop integrated services aligned with local plans & social care strategy
