Overview

Hoop Nursing and Healthcare are seeking an experienced Senior Support Worker and Support Team Manager to manage a cluster of care services in the Brecon area.

An extensive job description and person specification will be discussed in detail at initial enquiry stage.

Responsibilities
  • As the Team Manager, you will be expected to be visible and engaging in services, observing staff practices and ensuring the support delivered is to the highest of standards and in line with CIW regulations.
Essential qualifications
  • Must have the QCF Level 4/5 in Management, or demonstrate a willingness to work towards
  • Minimum 1 years experience managing a service for individuals with complex care needs, learning disabilities and autism
  • Experienced in managing a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring the highest delivery of care
  • Extensive knowledge of legislative guidelines
  • Car driver with access to a vehicle
