Job summary

A leading automotive dealership in Coventry is looking for a Customer Advisor to join their Aftersales team. This role requires excellent communication and sales skills, engaging with customers to guide them through their automotive journey while ensuring high satisfaction levels. The ideal candidate should have automotive experience and a UK driving licence. The position offers a competitive bonus and benefits including access to company cars and pension schemes.

  • Quote and sell Service Plans to retain customers within the group.
  • Encourage customer satisfaction feedback via exit briefing and follow‑up contact.
  • Estimate repair costs and times.
  • Resolve any concerns when we suggest repairs.
  • Inform and update customers on progress or additional works needed.
  • Prepare and explain invoices and take payments.
